MADNESS ADVENTURES - CANCELLATION POLICY

Madness Adventures reserves the right to cancel any of the programs it offers without refund, as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control which include but are not limited to acts of God, force major, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity or threat, acts or resolutions of government, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, closure of roads or similar events.

Should a traveller be forced to cancel his/her participation He/She must advise Madness Adventures immediately and confirm it in writing or send a fax. On cancellation the traveller will always be liable for the full cost of the program that he/she has paid for including any advance payment unless the cancellation takes place with at least a 24-hour notice. Rescheduling date of participation is only possible along with payment of a rescheduling fee of US$ 5.
