This is a fantastic adventure which offers a combination of downhill and single track mountain biking. The trip begins in a small village called Chequerec, from there we will pass the Huaypo Lagoon and end up in Moray. Moray was an experimental, agricultural center of the Incas.
We leave Cusco at 7.30 a.m. to Maras Moray - Cruz Pata, where our Downhill Mountain biking begins. While heading down, we can observe the different Andean landscapes with its variety of natural resources. At the archeological center of the Maras we'll take a short break to visit the centre and learn more about the history of the Incas. From there, we will bike down to the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we will cross the old salt mines, called Salineras. Now we get ready for the more technical, 32 km of single track down to the riverside of Urubamba, where our tour finishes.
